UMNI was founded to create media with purpose with media that uplifts, inspires, and aligns with the values of Islam. What began as a vision among three brothers in faith has grown into a production company and creative agency that serves communities by producing content that is professional, impactful, and rooted in guidance from the Qur’an and Sunnah.
From short films, movies, tv, and documentaries to branded content and talent development, UMNI works to ensure that everything we create is halal, ethical, and beneficial.

Taufik Abdul-Jaleel – CEO, CFO & Creative Visionary
A filmmaker, writer, and all-around creative, Taufik leads UMNI with both strategy and artistry. Balancing financial leadership with hands-on creative direction, he ensures every project is rooted in purpose and executed with excellence.Mohamed Samir Yunis – Chief Development Officer (CDO), Head of Talent, Creative Director & Agent Manager
Samir is the engine behind UMNI’s talent and agency division. As head of talent and creative director, he manages artists, develops partnerships, and oversees branding and execution making sure UMNI’s work is innovative, bold, and impactful.Omar Marzouk – Founding Member
Recognized for his early contributions, Omar remains part of UMNI’s founding story. While no longer active in leadership, his role in UMNI’s beginnings is acknowledged with respect.
